Stretch Pilates Class

Lengthen, strengthen, and restore your body in our Stretch Pilates Class! This class is designed to improve flexibility, core strength, and overall body alignment through a combination of deep stretching and Pilates-based exercises.

Tuesday 6-6:45pm

If you have your own mat, feel free to bring it. If you do not have your own mat there will be some provided for the class.

Booking online preferred, but walk-ins are welcome!

 
If there is enough interest in other adult classes
(Adult Ballet/Jazz/Tap), they will be added to the weekly class scheduling as long as time allows.
